On creativity and Cosmic Owl Clay Workshop

I am exploring my creativity because, until recently, I thought I did not have any. 🙂
I was not good at drawing or any craft making. And then I realised that you don’t have to be good at it. I need to enjoy it and embrace my imperfections.

This Sunday, I attended the Cosmic Owl Clay Workshop, run by the beautiful and talented Leo Deville leodeville.co.uk

The owl is a symbol of wisdom, intuition, a deeper connection, and introspection.
This intimate workshop was more than just a creative activity; it was an opportunity to unwind, slow down, and simply be.
Working with clay helped me release some stress-related tensions in my body and embrace the calmness of the moment. However, we also had a great deal of laughs and a strong, energetic connection as a group.

Leo brought out the best in everyone in the group. She is a patient, calm and natural teacher.
My owl might not be perfect-looking for some, but I put a lot of love into this creation. That is all that matters.

If you haven’t tried a clay workshop yet, I highly recommend it. It’s a wonderful way to tap into your creativity and find a moment of peace in your busy life.

With Love as Always,
Yana De Lilac
